    2. Most of the data we collect comes from the HRIS department database, which stores employee information. This data includes names, ID numbers, job information, and work units. Additionally, we also collect some other information provided by you through forms, such as profile photos, email, and phone numbers.

      We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your data. All user data we collect will be securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without permission unless the company is obliged to disclose and/or share customer personal data in an effort to comply with applicable legal obligations.

    3. Application Support Data (Specific)
    4. This application will specifically collect your location information. However, it should be understood that the location collected is not obtained covertly. Location data will only be sent to the server when you select the Attendance button.

      Additionally, we also collect various general information about the usage of our system through log files to monitor performance and improve the performance and/or utility of the Application.

  4. Purpose of Data Use and Data Processing
  5. The data we collect is used solely to ensure the smooth operation of this application. Data management is carried out in accordance with strict privacy policies to ensure that your personal information is used only for purposes that support the functions of the application and enhance our services.

    The services we refer to include:

    • Services for attendance, leave requests, overtime, business trips, performance evaluations, or other services provided to you.
    • Conducting direct checks on the use of Location Access features that you have agreed to.
    • Responding to, approving, or rejecting requests for services that you make within the Application, and
    • Conducting supervision, analysis, and assessment, as well as adding support services to you.

  7. Data disclosure will not occur unless there is an extraordinary event. The extraordinary event referred to is when the company, in this case "PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk.", is obliged to disclose and/or share data with authorities in an effort to comply with applicable legal obligations.

  8. Data Correction Requests
  9. You can request Us to correct Your Data as long as the data is under Our control. We will ask for detailed explanations from You regarding the reasons for the correction. Subject to applicable legal rules, we will verify Your request first. We may reject Data corrections as long as We collect data and find facts that Your data is deemed incorrect or violates applicable legal provisions.

  10. Data Storage, Deletion, and Retrieval
  11. We store your data while you are using and benefiting from our application services. This data storage is intended to allow you to use and benefit from the application services without any malfunction within the application.

    myGAJAH accounts cannot be deleted immediately after the User Service Period ends or when the User decides to terminate the usage. Direct deletion of myGAJAH accounts when the Service Period ends is not possible in order to keep the data secure and maintain Service stability.

    Users can change profile data within the application. If there is any non-profile data that needs to be changed, it is recommended to contact the contact center at mygajah@gt-tires.com.

    Account deletion cannot be done while the user is still an employee. Account deletion requests can be made if requested by the user and they are no longer an employee. The deletion process will be carried out within a period of 30 (thirty) working days.

  12. International Data Transfer
  13. Data storage is located and processed in Indonesia and may also be processed in your home country ("Your Home Country"). We strive to ensure that the data storage policy complies with the legal regulations in Your Home Country. Your data may be transferred, processed, and used in other countries while ensuring that you can still use, access, and benefit from Our Application or Services. We will ensure to always comply with the regulations on the use of Personal Data in Your Home Country.

  14. Third-Party Terms and Promotions
  15. No data is shared with other applications or third parties. All data related to the operational process of the application, from attendance to leave requests, is only processed by the HRIS Department. This information is used solely to support the functions and services of the application and ensure its smooth operation.

  17. As long as you use Our Application and Services, and provided that you always provide your information and Personal Data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  18. Personal Data Protection
  19. We always strive to provide and have implemented adequate security systems to safeguard your Personal Data, including the placement of data within our servers. We will maintain the security of your Data to prevent unauthorized access, collection, processing, use, disclosure, copying, and modification. However, we still recommend that you remain vigilant and cautious when providing your Personal Data while using our Application or Services.
